I. Application in the field of oil refining industry

Application in the field of environmental protection
ZSM-5 is mainly used in the environmental protection industry because of its strong adsorption ability and good effect on VOCs. It can be applied to the removal of thiophene, phenol, trichloroethylene, NOx to N2, formaldehyde, H2S, etc.
Application in chemical anticorrosion
Most of the liquids flowing through chemical equipment and pipelines are corrosive, which can easily corrode the pipelines and equipment, making its performance and the safety of the production process greatly reduced.ZSM-5 molecular sieve has corrosion resistance to corrosive liquid acids except hydrofluoric acid.The corrosion resistance of ZSM-5 molecular sieve coating is attributed to the dense and continuous zeolite film of several nanometers thickness formed on the metal surface.ZSM-5 zeolite film can effectively resist the corrosion of hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid.
V. Applications in electrochemistry
Because of its high energy density, good safety and portability, the all-solid-state lithium polymer battery (LPBS) may be one of the most used chemical power sources in the future and has good application prospects.
The addition of ZSM-5 can effectively increase the conductivity of the microporous membrane. the comprehensive performance of the electrolyte prepared by ZSM-5 is much higher than that of the electrolyte prepared by aluminum trioxide.
